DOMINIK

WROBLEWSKI

 

President/Founder - A South Bay native, born and raised in Manhattan Beach, Dominik has over 15 years of experience in the local property rental industry and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. Prior to founding Marquee Property Management, Dominik was mentored by the great Ed Jenkins and held the position of Property Supervisor/Director of Operations for Jenkins Property Management. Essentially a jack of all trades, this position included serving as Property Supervisor of 100+ properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-unit complexes, marketing/graphic/web design duties, handling new owner inquiries and overall supervision of the satellite office & staff. Upon word of the impending retirement of his mentor after 6+ years at Jenkins Property Management, Dominik was recruited by Swami International Property Management for a position as Portfolio Supervisor for 14 buildings with a total of 573 units & 14 onsite resident managers. While at Swami, in addition to his supervisory duties he also handled marketing/graphic design duties implementing new procedures and was the speaker/instructor for many manager training seminars on new policies, marketing, equipment & technology. Continuing in his desire to provide a variety of property-related services, for the past 6+ years Dominik has held a specialized role as an estate manager of a local beachfront estate where he is responsible for ongoing supervision of the property & all onsite staff & special projects.


Dominik is currently in the process of obtaining his Real Estate Broker License & is continuing in branching out to help owners & residents find what they’re looking for in real estate, property management and several projects within the community.

 


JIMMY

DARR

 

Vice President - Jimmy has been working in the real estate finance industry since 2002 and believes communication is the key to great customer service. Since joining Coast Capital Group team in 2006 he has developed a strong relationship with banks and other capital sources who can handle even the most challenging transactions. Consistently keeping his borrowers fully informed on the progress of their real estate financing has earned him loyalty among his clients. He provides knowledgeable, friendly advice for his borrowers and humbly acknowledges the important role a mortgage loan consultant plays in the refinancing and home buying process.

Jimmy started his career in real estate finance at Americorp Credit Corporation. After proving himself as the offices top producer for 4 years he moved onwards to LoanEx Funding where he continued his success as one of the youngest managers and top producers there. While overseeing a team of successful mortgage officers he continued to hone his ability to determine the best options available for homebuyers and help his client make the best choices.

Along with his BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz in Business Management, Jimmy currently holds his California Real Estate license and Series Seven license with the NASD. Jimmy is originally from Manhattan Beach and currently resides in Hermosa Beach.

 


ERIK DENNIS

CHAPMAN

 

Broker - Erik Chapman has built a career in the real estate industry from the ground up. He began in 1999 as an investor and entrepreneur, buying and renovating properties to be rented or flipped. Having learned the ins and outs of the mortgage world from the consumer’s point of view, he then transitioned into the business of helping others get the mortgages they need. In 2001, he earned his California broker’s license and shortly thereafter formed his own mortgage brokerage. Word spread quickly about Erik’s unmatched integrity, honesty, and work ethic as he rapidly developed the necessary banking relationships to become a respected force within the industry. Soon, Erik had a loyal following of industry professionals and past clients for both residential and commercial loans.


Erik has now joined Marquee Property Management, bringing his unparalleled depth and breadth of knowledge in the mortgage industry and as a income rental property owner to strengthen the team.

Erik holds a BS in Business Management from California State University, Chico. He now lives in Palos Verdes with his wife Christine and their daughter.
