Our exclusive VIP service, this customized plan is for the homeowner that requires general management and supervision of their personal home. Whether this is your primary or secondary home, you travel extensively or you just don’t have the time to juggle all the details that come up with your home on a regular basis, we can be the watchful eye over your onsite staff, vendors and any special projects you may have.

Through various partnerships with local contractors & vendors, we have the ability to coordinate all of your home maintenance needs as they come up or on a schedule basis. We can use your chosen staff and vendors or ours to maintain your property but know that your home’s condition and security are a top priority. In addition, as we are continually expanding our vendor & business networks, we will also be forming a concierge service to assist in many of your daily/lifestyle needs. Below is a brief list of the services involved in our typical estate management package but can vary as to your specific needs:



Depending on your needs, one of our professional staff can provide onsite supervision on a schedule basis - weekly, biweekly, monthly or on a strictly drive by status. We can check in at the property, clear newspapers, get mail/packages or just provide a regular presence so that your home does not sit unattended for periods of time. In addition, we can also provide assistance in preparation for your arrival should there be any need (ex. special events, shopping, etc).



We are on call 24/7 in the event of a flood, fire or any emergency. You can have the peace of mind knowing that we are prepared at any time day or night should the situation arise. A live operator will answer and handle the situation immediately without any delay. We will then notify you of the situation during normal hours and keep you updated so their will be no surprises.



Knowing that vendor quality and trust is of the utmost importance, we maintain an exclusive list of trusted, high quality vendors we’ve had a close working relationship with for many years. These vendors have not only proven themselves working in high-end properties from a maintenance perspective but many of them have personally taken part in the high-end construction as well and therefore are familiar with the quality and level of attention needed.



As an added bonus, we prepare a home inventory of your property documenting the appliances, general household supplies and check stock on hand of these items. We can shop for items on an as needed basis or can keep stock at a certain level to avoid running out of any particular items.



Through a partnership with One World Limousine, a local executive transportation service, we can also coordinate your local & worldwide transportation needs. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport, special events or just whenever the occasion calls we can make sure you are covered. 



Each month you are provided with a detailed expense report showing all expenses paid for property. Everything from supplies purchased to vendor invoices, all are detailed clearly on your monthly statement. Funds can be replenished on a regular basis or we can notify you when account balance drops below a certain amount.
